Best Facial Masks to try this Summer for Oily, Acne-Prone Skin

Summers to me means a lot of ice creams unless I am suffering from cold, little weight loss due to sweating and not to forget super oily skin with occasional breakouts.Monsoons bring the worst conditions for oily skinned people like me.So it becomes very essential for me to take proper care of my skin to keep acne in control.Though I believe in DIY remedies I also like trying different facial masks available in market.Masks absorb all the dirt, oil and removes dead skin hence rejuvenating the skin.Also I recommend you all to regularly use masks to reverse effects of pollution.

I am sharing 4 favorite masks I use to pamper my skin especially in summers to keep skin problems at bay.

1) Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask



Price- Rs 1100 for 100 ml

This face pack is a bestseller from Innisfree and I totally understand why it is a favorite one.After using this pack my skin appears extremely clean unlike other facial masks.It adsorbs sebum and dirt powerfully like it claims.The consistency of this pack is slightly thick so I use it with rose water.My skin appears so fresh and clean after I use it.I recommend trying this pack especially to oily skinned people as Innisfree has a different variant for dry to normal skin.

2) L'Oreal Pure Clay Mask - Purify and Mattify



Price- INR 850 for 48 g

I have tried a lot of skin care from L'Oreal and my skin seems to like it.As soon as the new facial mask range was launched I wanted to try the variant for oily skin which is the green one i.e, Purify and Mattify. It is formulated with Eucalyptus Leaf Extract and Kaolin, Montmorillonite and Moroccan Lava Clays .These clays are supposed to deep cleanse skin by unclogging pores and absorbing dirt and sebum hence mattifying skin.I leave the mask for 10 minutes and it feels very refreshing and cool.Once I wash It my skin appears so fresh and it brighten ups instantly.I love using this mask to control oil.

3) The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask





Price- INR 1895 for 75 ml

If you have oily skin along with acne prone skin then I highly recommend The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask.The ingredient list is my personal favorite which is Bamboo Charcoal, Green tea and Tea Tree Oil which together work wonders.After applying the pack the freshness lingers for a while and the masks dries up quickly.I seldom moisten my face to let the pack work even more.It rejuvenates the skin, deep cleanses and controls acne to a great extent.The pack is expensive but do try it once.

4)The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Mask





Price- INR 900 approx for 100 ml

The Tea Tree Oil range from The Body Shop has been my favorite for a long time.I have tried most of the products from the range but the facial mask was missing due to the non availability of the product so I stocked it up as soon as I saw it online. It gives a nice cooling sensation when applied on face.The product cleanses and soothes skin.Regular use will help get rid of blemishes and acne problem to an extent.The entire range when used together is more effective.
